Shipping and payment

Delivery Orders within Europe are shipped by DHL.

 

Orders across Ukraine are sent by the Nova Poshta.

 

For convenience, the shipping rate is added to the order amount when calculating. Everything will be delivered within 4-7 working days, but during intensive periods (sales, new drops) let us add a couple of days on top. Thanks for understanding!

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are encrypted, 100% secure and top secret.

 

Please note that we only work with full prepayment!

Returns and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

What should I pay attention to so that the return or exchange goes smoothly and successfully?

• The presentation of the product has been preserved: unworn, unwashed, unscented, unwashed, etc.;

• The original packaging, labels and tags have been preserved.​

Return or exchange products of good quality occurs through Nova Poshta (Ukraine) and DHL (Europe) at the expense of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the package is sent back at the expense of the recipient or the product inside does not match the points above.

If upon receipt of the goods you find a defect - we take it upon ourselves! All postage will be paid by Low Blow. Please don't forget to describe the problem so we can sort it out as soon as possible.

If you want to get your hard-earned money back, we will return the money to the same card that you paid on the site. In case of cash transfer through the terminal or online banking - please include your details in the return request to: lowblow.brand@gmail.com.
